I actually am an optometrist...in Ohio there has to be a medical necessity...i.e. disease or other that would require tinting. Not sure what other states require, but I know it is difficult in Ohio (if you go by the law)

Looks great, I'm considering these wheels as well from Hartmann (which incidentally is located right here in WA). Looks like they have it in 20" also. As you saw in my pic I have the 18" sport package. I like the stock 20" wheels too, haven't figured out what that would cost yet.
The ride on 20" summer tires vs. 18" all-season is certainly more harsh over bumps and such, and road noise is a bit worse, but I don't mind as handling is improved and it looks pretty cool.
