Good luck, if you have luxury of time, selling on Craigslist or eBay (watch out for fees) might be a better way to get higher offers. Ofcourse, one has to factor in the extra time involved and what's that worth to you.

Correct, MA is the same. However, not all states allow this trade-in credit on the sales tax.

Update -
Dealer C came down to $500 of what the difference is supposed to be. Much better. I'll decide early this week if I'll go for it.
