Just got a call from Audi. They are still waiting for a 'fix' on their server from Germany. I can still send destination from google map, I just can't delete them.

Thanks for the update. I too can "send" from Google maps online but on myaudi I can't see those or any others I created previously. Man, these guys move slow.

Is it possible to move (or drop) a pin?
I find the address entry pretty good but not perfect, and sometime know exactly where (on the map) I want to go, easy to drag and zoom there but can't drop a pin when I get there

I just called Audi. There is still a server issue in Germany.
I can send and update my OnLine Destinations fine, but can't send anything from Google Maps to my car.

Huh. Just the opposite for me. I've been able to "send" destinations to the car from Google Maps but I can't see, edit or delete destinations on the myAudi website. Doesn't look like resolving this is a priority for Audi.

Snagit... you may be right, unfortuneatly. But it is weird how one way works for one of us but not the other. 2 Different servers maybe?? What your preference is?? I've never had the chance to send from Google Maps so that might be why it's not working for me.

Just visited myAudi to see if there's been any change. Alas, no but they've posted this message:
"Note: We're currently experiencing a website issue that may prevent some from viewing/managing their destinations online. We are working to fix this problem as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience."
I guess this is some kind of progress as they have at least officially recognized the issue. What I don't get is why it's taking so long to rectify this. It's been at least three weeks now since we haven't been able to access our destinations to edit or delete them.
You can send a location directly to the car from Google Maps on the web but they are mounting up and I would like to get rid of those not needed anymore. No way to do that unless Audi gets this fixed.

I received a call from Audi USA this afternoon to give me an update on the situation. They are still working closely with Germany to deal with the server issue. Nothing new at this point. As long as I can continue to send to car from google map, I don't really care if I cannot delete them. Will keep you guys posted if I hear anything.
