Yup didn;t even have to work hard at it either. Went to 3 dealers of the 4 her ein town, 2 started out high. One got to Invoice + $500 pretty quick. Once I told the 2nd place dealer I had a better offer they went all in and went to Invoice and 50% off Audi Care. That basically forced the other 2 to match.
Based on my math of MSRP + Audi Care $64,490 then subtract 4,341.92 discount I put that at 6.6% discount off total or 6% off the MSRP of the car and 50% off Audi care. Not bad for not qualifying for any of the supplier 6% discounts.

No conquest. They can not apply incentives until delivery if any apply. And right now Audi does not consider Infiniti a conquest, the old rebate in April included just about everyone, but right now conquest cash is only for MB, BMW and Lexus owners. I did have them write on the order form (and sign it) that any applicable incentives will be applied at time of delivery, so maybe Audi will in September consider Infiniti a conquest again. Would be nice to get another $1K off !!

No trade involved. My lease is up in September so I will either give it back to Infiniti or try to do a private sale, or maybe Carmax, they always offer me good money. I already have the M37 advertised for sale, if it sell early I will rent a car for 2 months.

2 things prevented me from getting the sport package. First I love a 4 spoke steering wheel. The right lower spoke is just a natural place for my hand to rest and do most of the driving. Th second reason I skipped the sport package is my driveway. I have a very steep driveway that when pulling out has a big crest. My Infiniti has 6 inches of ground clearance and the regular A6 4.6. The sport is .8 inches lower than that. When I put my Infiniti at the point where it has the least ground clearance it looks like I had a tad over 2 inches left, so the sport would be in danger of scrapping. I would love the sport ride, but have test driven the regular with 20 inch wheels and felt it was fine. I will likely pull the 19 inch wheels and tires a few months after I get the car and go with 20 inch Hartmann wheels.
I really love the way this wheel:

There is a gap and it does not bother me like it bothers some people. The shadow on the tires makes the gap look worse than it is in this pic, but if you are looking for small gap then go with the Stasis Suspension which drops the car 1.6 inches from stock. I get more compliments on this car and especially the wheels that I would have imagined. The tire guys fight over who gets to do my balance rotate. I was at BMW looking at the CLA last week with gf and a BMW sales guy came over and started asking me about the car because he liked the look and the wheels and was considering buying one for his wife.
