Tapping into the fusebox is the most un-invasive route you can go because there is no splicing or cutting of any wire. Therefore, Audi will never know if you tapped your power from the fusebox. Plus, I highly doubt that ANY electrical issue will appear when you get some power from an unused fuse slot.

Take a look at this fellow A7 owner's photos for his install. You want tap the ground to the shiny bolt on the left towards to firewall.
