I just learned that the mirror can tilt down in reverse, after someone mentioned it on the Heated Mirrors thread. Lo and behold it is indeed explained in the manual. Put the car in reverse, adjust the Passenger side mirror down so you can see the curb, and it will save that mirror setting for Reverse gear everytime afterwards. I was disappointed not to have this feature since I had it in my BMW but turns out this system's actually even better, fully adjustable!

I have a 2012/2013 Owners Manual and MMI book that I can pass on to someone that doesn't want to wait till their car arrives.

Thanks Dan, I got the package today.

Audi does a great job with their manuals. There's a lot more detail than I've seen in other manuals. I hope to never have to know the tightening sequence inside the transmission. I did find it interesting that there are three types of front brakes for the A6/S6. I'll have to take a picture of a US A6 Vehicle Data Label to see what Audi has sent over.
