Can anyone advise which error to pursue? Can the backup speaker disable the sensor's video arcs on the screen? What does Reverse OFF signify? (just that car is not in reverse?)

Have re-posted with more VCDS information above after getting the necessary... still same symptoms, 5 second shrill beep and no visual sensor arcs in rear camera display see below:

I had something similar except with the front speaker. I replaced the front parking alert speaker and cleared faults.

The front speaker is under the dash panel by the driver footwell, I have a 2013 a6 premium plus in the US

I finished today digging into the rear speaker/buzzer, which is on the outside of the rear passenger side plastic seat belt guide, facing and just under the triangular window. Replaced speaker, tested backup, road test for 30 minutes, no extra beeps (I used a reclaimed AUDI speaker from eBay, $20), buttoned all up, cleared the VCDS error, re-scanned and all is good now.
