Default Splash Guards (mud flaps)

I'm looking for opinions on putting Audi Splash Guards on my 2013 A6 Prestige. If you've done this, do you feel they work well and look OK? I hate to mess with the lines of the car but also hate to see it damaged from the stuff that will fly up from the tires.

I saw a post on the A7 forum that they don't fit the prestige model of A7, and I hope that's not the case for the A6 Prestige.

They don't fit the A6 either, due to the S-line trim I believe.

IMO, I have two words for mudflaps on the C7 A6 - ..no...way. Now if it were a Jeep or a pickup truck, well then....ok.

Cover the areas behind the wheels with the paint protection film.

I agree. I added the rocker panels to my full front Xpel Ultimate install. (There's small pieces of film on the front few inches from the factory but not enough IMO). It's already preventing some rock hits. The ding shows up on the film then goes away as the self healing property kicks in. Great investment.

How much of the area behind the wheels did you have covered?

Correct. I checked this out last year (previous thread on it). Go with the protection film - even the film from the factory seems sufficient in my experiences to date

yeah, if you can't find the ones with the Pamela Anderson chrome profile, those would be a good second choice.

Full front including hood, front bumper, headlight lenses, front fenders, mirrors, rear bumper (trunk opening width) and full rocker panels. All edges were wrapped where possible, so no visible lines where they could be seen.
I debated on the A pillars but decided I didn't want to see the line ending at the roof. Also, gotta stop somewhere. Otherwise, I would have bought an M1A tank. And those aren't cheap, especially with the B&O.
