Yeah the amount of driving I do it’s going to be up soon. So really the questions of specifically replaceable parts that being in the community a while you have heard are biggie disasters such as the high pressure fuel rail before my entire fuel system needs to be replaced. As for Malone I’ve got a tunezilla that I got secondhand cause I’ll most likely be going between tunes for maximum fuel Efficiency efficiency. I’ve got beers for the use of your time and knowledge just name the brewery.

Two weeks ago, at 153k miles, my CEL came on for the first time ever. Temperature sensor somewhere in the exhaust. I haven't had the second fix yet, so I'll have them do it then.

I’m in Vegas too. I’ve had 14 Q5 3.0 TDI since December 2013 from LV Audi. No “fix” . Best German car to date still looks and runs like new.

Hey any updates on how the car holding up? I own a 2015 TDI at 96k. Reading a lot of stories about timing chain issues, turbos, DPF, EGR issues. Is it better to sell the car or will it continue to be a workhorse?

Do your best to take advantage of the EPA warranty as the car ages. Audi bought back my 2015 A6 TDI with 146,179 miles for $76,098.73 under the EPA warranty. The buy-back was triggered because the car was in the shop for a cumulative total of 30 days for repairs, which is a little known benefit of the EPA warranty. Since I paid $75,519.72, including sales tax, when I purchased the TDI back in 2014, I actually received more than I paid for the TDI in 2014. Not only were the nearly eight years and 146,179 miles of ownership “free to me,” but the amazing torque of the TDI put plenty of smiles on my face over the years. I used the TDI and Audi’s buyback payment as a trade-in on my factory order 2022 A6 55 Prestige. You should study the EPA warranty and make sure you maximize its benefits.
