Just sitting here at the Audi dealership and had read below about crappy bose stereo and a TSB that upgraded the sound system and HD radio. My service manager has come over twice telling me he cant find anything for the radio. He asked that someone whom has the TSB number let me know and he can search for it. I have a 2012 prestige.

He did say they get updates for particular model years but the only one for my car was to lube the multifunction button

Here's and excerpt:
The invoice lists 2 lines, the first lists TSB 2030465/1 to update the MMI (I'd complained about the freezing video in the backup camera) and line 2 lists TSB 2026611/4 for the HD radio quality. My MMI software version is now HN+R_US_AU_K0566_5

Street view? Cool. I'll play with that this evening if they finish today. There were a few things to fix.

I wonder if I'll need the red cable to get album art or if it will work with the blue cable that came with the car.

With TSB 2030465/1 and TSB 2026611/4 I do not have street view.

My 2013 came with 0566 software and has street view integrated into Google Earth maps via T-Mobile. You have to turn the **** to the closest map scale and you can click one more time to get to street view. You then center the cross hairs with the pad on a location that has street view available and then you can pan around like Google Maps on the internet. It is not dynamic as the car moves but I can set it while moving. I have VIM so not sure if street view can be called up when the car is moving without VIM activated.

To get Album Art and Video over the AMI you will need the red cable as it has the chip in it required to process the video stream from the iOS device
