Why does 2016 Q3 get dynamic signals and A6 doesn't?

Why does 2016 Q3 get dynamic signals and A6 doesn't?
Saw it in action today on a2016 Q3...now why doesn't our A6 come with it? Doesn't seem right shouldn't it trickle down...not up? I know Europe has it so what is the excuse if the Q3 has it here now?
