Not near an Audi dealer on a trip. Online connection definitely functioning - weather, news, etc. Changed no settings for the wi-fi; no device that I have is finding the SSID for the Audi connection.
HELP!
Thank you.

Answered my own question; started entering a new SSID in the appropriate block, and lo and behold the old SSID was recognized by my Ipad. Decided to change the SSID and password - connection now recognized by all devices!
One further question - if anyone knows. Don't see how its possible to enter lower case letters for ID & password under wi-fi connections - any help with that appreciated!

We loose the hotspot every once in a while too. No pattern that I can tell. We reboot the MMI with the three button press and it comes back. The buttons to press are in the MMI manual about a third of the way in.

Along the bottom of the circular alphabet wheel there is a string of boxes at the bottom and the second one from the right is an up arrow which should toggle upper and lower case letters.

I just went to my car and mine is grayed out as well but is not grayed out in the section for t-mobile user name and password. I'm going to call Audi of America and see why as it would definitely be preferable to have a password with upper and lower case letters.
