Was wondering if I should leave my wipers in service position tonight? Of course, I live in the city, so I park on the street. Its supposed to snow. Thinking it might be easier to clear the windshield off if I can stand them up, which they need to be in service position for, or they hit the hood.

Anyone do this, or are the motors strong enough to move the wipers with snow on them?

When your turn off the engine but before your get out of the car hit the wiper stalk down.

I'm not sure, that's how my Rs6 was and I did it out of habit. You can go in via mmi but you also have to go in and undo it from there. Secret is to not open the door before you hit the wiper stalk
