2020 A6 A/C odor?

On my last resort. I just got a 2020 A6, my first Audi. I’ve always been a fan of Audi and with being a taller guy the A6 has plenty of room for me.
When I first got it there was no smell coming from the HVAC system, but all of a sudden this musty, heavy moist smell started blasting out of the vents, unless I have the heat in high.
a/c- smells
Only fan- smells
inside only circulation- smells
I did the anti bacterial foam spray for the vents, sprayed disinfectant in the air intakes, I changed the cabin filter and nothing.
I am trying Ozone next.
The dealership wants me to pay $$$ a system clean, which is probably just more foam disinfectant.
Does anyone have other suggestions??
Id appreciate it.

Probably best (and cheaper than a dealer) to go to an AC specialist and ask them to do a full recon on the system, Here in the UK you can buy an aerosol can of stuff (maybe it is also available in the US) that you use running the AC with you outside the vehicle and it fully decontaminates the system. Spraying stuff into the vents is probably not enough to get kill all the bacteria.

I used some Ozium and it helped a lot, but I think a good cleaning is in order.
I also was driving with my windows down and sunroof open enjoying the weather. I sprayed my windshield wiper fluid to clean off some bugs and there was this awful rancid smell that came with it. So maybe some of that fluid got into the system. Have to flush it out.
thanks for the advice!
