I just noticed that there are at least 2 screw holes on my 2019 A6 V6 engine. Looks like missing something there. Not sure if there are screw or other thing missing from the recent service I just did in Audi dealer, or it is just normal (by design it is empty)? Does anyone know? Thanks!
When I did my first oil change, I did notice that empty threaded space as well, so I'm assuming
it's normal. (you said two, but I only see one in the photo)

There is another hole on the upper part of the engine. I will snap another picture and upload that to show during this weekend. The reason I am a bit of worried is that both holes are shining. If it was purposely empty, it should be a bit more dirty (covered by dust or others) now, just like other part of the engine.
But your assumption might be correct, because someone said that those holes on the V6 engine are not for A6. They could be used in different model of Audi or VW cars.
