any one got the same problem? i 'm not seeing myaudi login at all when opening users. i can set my self as key user, but not able to connect to audi connect services, taken it to my local dealership but only advise was given is to reset to factory defaults and try again which did not help.

I'm having the same issue. I just picked up the car on Monday. I've made myself the Key User and have the myAudi account set up on my phone. The account can see my car, but even though I have Prime, I can't get the satellite maps to work.

have you filled out and processed all the stuff for the free 6 months of Audi Connect? the satellite maps come down through the Audi Connect Data Plans. It differs from myAudi. I did it all online - I signed up for the 18 month deal. Maps are rolling now.

Yes, myAudi App works fine and sees the car with all the details. The display in the car shows a data connection but doesn't seem to be able to use it. I just spent over an hour on the phone with Audi trying different things. They're puzzled and had me do a hard MMI reset and take photos of all the screens. I purchased the Prime package for 18 months. Someday, I hope to be able to use it. They made a support ticket and are going to get back with me next week.

My Audi salesperson must have gotten to the right person at Audi. He made a request through the Audi Zendesk to fix it. Everything popped up in my car today. So now I have Google Earth on the Virtual Dashboard and the weather and news buttons.
