what did you discover in your A6 C8 today ?
1) Center console armrest has adjustable height and slide forward, when elevated provides nice support for R lower arm
2) if you press ESC for short time , it goes into ESC sport mode, note sure what it does : turns off traction , transfers more power to rear axle or ?

One can select favorite bands by selecting "more" on the center console then "alert" as one of that bands song plays. the alert will flash over the top of your center screen for a couple seconds when it is coming on another channel. You can touch that and go directly to that channel.
Or select "OK" on left side of steering wheel then push the roller button to alerts and select any of your band alerts to play...

If you have Sirius XM, understand that the MMI buffers all your Favorite stations. To set a station as a Favorite, press the Star icon on the upper-middle-right part of the screen when that station is playing.
Enable Tune Start in the radio settings. Then when you change to a Favorite Sirius XM station, it will always start at the beginning of the most recent song if you've been driving long enough for it to buffer it.
The yellow, horizontal line at the bottom shows how long that station has been buffered for. You can jump along the buffer by pressing the < and > keys at the bottom of the screen, and that will jump by song. You can also jump to a pinpoint selection by touching along the buffer bar. So if you've been driving for an hour, you can go to any Favorite Sirius XM station and be able to listen to the last hour's worth of songs.
Finally, you can change your station scrolling mode to Favorites using the left-most steering wheel button, then you can scroll up or down through your Favorite stations using the left and right keys on the right side of the steering wheel. You can add AM and FM stations to your Favorites list, as well, but I don't think they'll be buffered.
