Default I am usually quick to save a buck on service but for some reason I feel....
that there is a little more to the alignment than the average car. I'm sure that I paid too much but I feel better letting Audi do this one.

I took to local frame and body shop..... 70 total for a 4 whl align

$79.99 as discount price, usual price around $90 (they're claiming what it's a 2 hours job)

Default Are you sure the dealer didn't send it out?
Dealers don't get a lot of alignment jobs and many can't afford the equipment sitting idle. Its common to farm it out. With AWD being so common, I'd have no problem letting a good frame shop do it; they probably have more familiarity with it. Good indie shops are often a lot more interested in customer satisfaction. More than once I've had indie shops fix problems on VWs and MBs that the dealers scratched their heads over.
