Air is 78% nitrogen to begin with. It has a molecular weight of 28.01, whereas O2 (20% of the air by volume) has a molecular weight of 32.00, so you wouldn't see ANY weight savings that you could notice.
As for water vapor. Already in a vaporous state, water vapor does very little to the partial pressure of the air mixuture. (OK, at maximum saturation at 90 degrees maybe in Florida or the tropics at 100% relative humidity, there would be maybe a 5% difference in pressure compared to dry air, I'll have to review my psychrometric chart.)
Big deal. If it means that much to you, make sure the shop has an inline air dryer on their air compressor, which is FAR more common than using straight nitrogen gas.
