To all members,

I just wanted to get a quick note out to you about our annual meeting on Sunday March 10, at 11am being held at Allaire State Park. We are meeting in the Allaire Village Parking lot and the meeting will be held in the picnic area next to the parking lot. For directions, their web-site is: http://www.state.nj.us/dep/forestry/parks/allaire.htm (phone-732-938-2371). Please bring chairs and blankets to sit on if you have them, I will supply lunch around 12-12:30. We have many topics to discuss as per my last announcement. Let's make it low key and at the same time we can have some fellowship and set the agenda for the future of our club. Please take the time to read the attachments I have sent with this email that covers our bylaws and the voting process we will be discussing (I will also have hand outs at the meeting). We should be finished by 2pm if you are interested in walking around the village after the meeting.

I need a head count, so only respond yes if you can make this meeting. If not I hope to see you next time.
