Just got my car back from duing that bumper recall work at Michael Audi in Fresno. This is what they do outside the recall work:
1. Scratched my steering wheel.
2. Put oil marks everywhere on the armrest, seat memory buttons, radio buttons
3. changed all the memory on my seat

This is when the fun started. When i got my car, i asked the guy who got my car if he has some wipes for me to clean off some of the oil marks. He said "i am not responsible for that and i did not do that". I told him that i realized that. Instead of offering a good customer service, he just stand over there and told me to go inside the office and look for the wipe myself....Pissed me off....

What an imcompetent bunch of ***** working over there...

People often get defensive when they feel anger coming from someone else. Your treatment was clearly unacceptable and you should probably let the management know so they can do something about it.
