Dealer sold my loaded '01 4.2 w/19K for around $37K in Feb/Mar
Had everything except for rear air bags. So your deal is a good deal compared to that but not great. Is it at a dealer opr an independent?

Although not a '01, I recently bought a '00 4.2 with 31k for just under $26k. Not Audi Assured, but for that price I will buy a warranty. Keep your eyes open, you'll find one.
