16502 again... help???

I posted about this a while ago and got no answer, so I thought I'd try again. I started seeing this code (16502 - coolant temp sensor signal too high) a few months back, and the car would have trouble starting every once in a while. Sounded simple, just needed a new sensor. So I got one. And the code came back. And kept coming back every time I started the car. So I got another new sensor, hoping I had purchased a faulty one to replace the original. The code keeps on coming. So, I tried all three sensors again, the original and both new ones, and got the same result.
So my question is, can anything else cause this code to throw? I know my coil packs are in need of replacement at some point soon, but the car still runs fine otherwise - the only other issue in the code log is a bad RF ABS sensor, which I have ordered and will be replacing next week.
Any thoughts? The CEL is an ugly thing to have staring at you every time you drive...
