Hi,
The battery went flat because of the cold weather. i boost the battery and the car still wouldn't start. Had the battery verified and it was confirm that the battery was good but was just discharge. Charge the battery before trying again, no go. Change the spark plugs, nothing. The old ones were burned on the side, but they smell like gas (so I'm assuming fuel delivery is not a issue.)
I also suspected that my igntion switch was defective but all my gauges, the radio, windows works. (also didnt see damage on the actual ignition switch like a burn seem or a crack). The only weird thing that I can think of is whenever I try to start the car (even if its being boost by another car) the voltage drop almost instantly to 8v, I get one or down solid cranks where its seem like its going to start but nothing
No code since the battery get almost drained everytime, except when I'm trying to start while being boosted by another car... Any ideas to what to verify ?
Thanks.

Does it crank fast or slow? How many turns do you get?
If you recharge the battery, you shoul be able to scan the car with the ignition on.
You could have a poor connection to the starter (starter cable oxidized and corroded), or a bad sensor. Maybe you flooded the car by now. Press the accelerator to te floor and crank for 10-20 seconds.

it cranks fast to begin, I get about a turn or 2 then it cranks low although the battery is under fully charged or being boosted by a car. There was no codes present except for a general voltage code. I will have to try to have this battery re-charged and see if I get anything codes.
Ill also verify for the starter cable, maybe I can replace it. What bad sensor are you referring to ?
I can certainly try again with the battery re-charged, but that's why I did a few days ago and my car didn't start regardless.

I manage to have the car start, seem like it was flooded. I was boosting the battery and after 10-15mins, the car started. I left it running for 30 minutes, shut down the car and attempted to start the car again with no jumper cable. It didn't work, the voltage was around 8-10v suggesting that either the battery is finished (although I bought it in March 2013) or that my alternator is not recharging the battery.
I'll have the battery tested for a second time and see it finally went defective (so I can claim warranty)

I just read your opening post - the battery went flat because of cold weather. This is your problem. If there is no drain on the system, the battery should not go flat. Try with a different battery.
Once you start the car and it's running, check the voltage in the dash. it should be reading close to 14.

I got Walmart to change the battery, I just went to a Walmart that didn't have a auto center and they changed it right away The car is starting without any issue.
Maybe my voltage meter is not working properly since the voltage goes back and forward between 12-14 while driving.
Anyways the most important thing is that my car starts again.
Thanks Guys !
