PLease, i seriously need advise. I recentlty got the auto trasmition in my 2001 a6 2.7T changed to a manual 6 speed one. On trying to start the car, at first it would not start then later it starts and runs at about 250-400 RPM ( not up to 1000 which would ne normal). I did a Vag scan, it gave me this report
Secondary Air Injection Solenoid Valve (N112): Open Circuit
P1432 - 35-00 - Sec.Air Inj.Valve Open
P1122 - O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank2-Sensor2 Open
P0346 - Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance
16725 - Camshaft Position Sensor (G40): Implausible Signal
P0341 - 35-00 -Camshaft Position Sensor "A" Circuit Range/Performance.
My local mechanic said these fault were not enough to make the car not run at normal idle speed (1000 RPM) that the solution woul be to change the ecu to that used by a manual trans . my original ecu part number is 4B0907551T but he said i should get a 4B0907551AK. I dont know if i get it, would that solve my problem ? Please i seriously need advise on what to do.

Does the 2.7T tip have a TCU? If so, has it been removed? And if it works in conjunction with the ECU, it seems likely that regardless of whether or not it were removed, your problems could stem from it.
If you get a new ECU, which seems like a reasonable thing to do, you might as well go chipped (APR or otherwise). Congrats on the swap, by the way.
