...on the pricing page, I'd "reverse the columns" and show the monthly rate on the left, and the annual contract price on the right.
Okay, another thought...consider some sort of ski-area promoting via valet-parking services (maybe paper floors mats like the car dealers use). I'd figure a high percentage of cars parked in resort-area restaurants and such would be excellent prospects for Carriage Haus.
