Hmm; are the engine mounts fluid-filled? It needs a new timing belt so I could get them checked when the front is off. I assume it's not an easy DIY job?

my issue, I logged the engine on these channels for a 15 minute drive from stone cold and had a total of zero misfires - thus I knew it had to be something other than ignition. Also, vacuum leaks can cause rough idle w/o throwing a code. Also, not trying to be mean, but please erase the words in the header and start your reply there instead of only in the body of the message. Once you start doing that, you can then start calling others nOObs! ;-)

shop. They will install it for free with the TB job (yes - I'm also doing the water pump, tensioner, tensioner roller, idler roller, and thermostat; refilling with G12+ and distilled water, plus maybe cam adjuster seals if they seem to be seeping - no smell currently).
