Default 2002 2.7T Sport Package - spare tire question

For those with the factory sport package wheels (BBS RC 17 x 7.5) - a couple of questions:

1) Did your vehicle come with a matching alloy spare wheel? If not,

2) What size is the spare wheel and tire that was provided?

3) Are there any other possible variations? Perhaps a 16 inch spare wheel with a tire the same diameter as the 17s?

I have heard conflicting information about whether or not a full-size spare will fit in the space provided in the trunk. Thanks for the info.

Default Full-size will absolutely fit...but you don't get a 5th matching alloy...

that went away with the 2001 model year.

I realize that this question is about the 2.7T, but my 2002 A6 4.2 did come with a full-size spare and 5th matching alloy wheel.

I think many late 2001's did not get a full size spare.

Default Yes, true, many didn't...and many were pissed...

a few were able to get Audi to give them one, though.

Default My 2003 2.7T has a full size spare...

...with matching alloy wheel. Total of five Pirelli P6 235X45X17 all seasons and five 5-spoke alloy wheels. The brochure states that the car comes with a space saver spare, so Audi must have changed their minds about this at some point.
