Where do these "ko" numbers come from? Today I received a quote on the turbos from a dealer (who advertises at the top of the forum page) which gives the p/n as 078-145-701-SX; no mention of "ko". (These are remanufactured, BTW.) Just trying to become conversant with the lingo! ;-)

It's not actually ko4 it's k04, they are part of the k series turbos created by Borg Warner many other car companies use the k series such as porsche, they use k16s I believe. But go with frankenturbos forsure.
