Default You could have a 745i for $799/mo!

With a few bucks down...~$2500 or so...

It seems high to spend $31.7 on a $50k (sale price) car...over just 39 months...but I assume that monthly payment includes all taxes, etc and that no more than the first month payment is due on signing?

Hmmm...
Lease 39 x $813 = $31700
Purchase $50k + $3500 tax = $53500 + financing costs $4000 (4.75% over 36 months) = $57500 minus residual value after 36-39 months ?($25-28k) = $25500-$28500 total cost over 36-39 months.

So, the lease seems cheaper, plus no mileage restrictions...unless you have a tax advantage to leasing...

Default Tried my handy dandy Excel sheet

I used your option but came up 1k short so I added the 17" package to get the 53210 sticker.
Used 39mo, 51% resid amount, MF .00242(5.808%)
sales tax was 7.75%, $1700 over invoice,
payment was 812.31

Are they rolling some costs into the cap costs???
First payment, registration??? What the out of pocket?

Can you give all the factors they are using, MF, cap cost anything else would be helpful.

Default More info below..................

I have a $3500.00 Audi gift certificate that
can be applied to any audi purchase/lease.
The dealer is not yet aware of this credit.
I usually change car types every 3 years, or sooner, but I really like my current 4.2, and with the credit, it makes an Audi even more attactive.
