My one month old thermostat has developed a leak so I will replacing it again. Are the intake actuators easily removable (in order to create space to remove t-stat)? I see two torx bolts holding it in, it is simply remove? Or are there butterfly valves...etc which are part of the assembly?

Right, the t-stat is in front but under the intake actuators.
The actuators

And the t-stat to the left and underneath

Question is if the actuators are removed by the two bolts and whether the assembly is just what is showing or has more parts in the intake manifold?

I can't remember exactly but I know I had them out when replaced the thermostat. You have to unhook the little linkages I believe but whole assembly will pull out, just wiggle/twist/wiggle.
