AoA prefers 39 mos. because then you have paid for a whole year of registration and they inherit it. Here in CA reg fees on this kind of car can run $400 or $500, so it can make a diff. I don't think the monthlies are much different.

The lease programs that Audi usually runs are for 39 months. 36 months is available. I have gone with 39 month leases twice. Three months is no big deal. The advertised program was 39 months so I never pushed for 36 and am not sure how much more a 36 month lease would cost.
As far as mileage, the standard lease call for 10,000 miles/year. 12,000 miles/year will cost between $5 and $10 more per month. 15,000 miles/year can cost up to $20 more per month.
