I run the Hawk HPS pads on my Supra and love them. I need new front pads for the 4.2L A6 Audi. I have heard good things about the Mintex 'Red Box' pads for the A6's and was wondering which ones to order. Looks like the Mintex includes the sensor wires with no mention on the HPS pads plus the HPS pads are $135 and the Mintex pads are $85 (plus shipping on both) so if these others have the sensor and perform as well for $50 less that's a bonus.

I've useed both and both are low dust. The HPS pads have a better feel but that's my subjective opinion. If you want to save some money go with the Montex.

I've run both, burned up a set of Redbox in 50 miles (on the street).
I'm running EBC Greenstuff right now, very good bite. I think better than the Hawks....

Seriously?
I've run the Red Box at the track (2 days). They went for another 20k miles after that on the street. I don't recommend them for the track but they are fine for the street.
