I've done the 605 mod for a few people, and have driven cars with the mod a few times. But I never really cared for it. However, a couple weeks ago I decided to give it a try and just stick with it for a few days....and I haven't looked back. It takes some getting used to, but I think it makes the car a lot more enjoyable to drive at highway speeds and gives you that extra bit of steering wheel input in the twisties.

Put a switch to turn on/off 605 relay in and you can have it both ways!

even at a dead stop you've still got some steering boost. My wife probably wouldn't like it that way, but she doesn't drive a manual trans so I'm safe. 8-)

You'll forget about it. I nearly put it back in a few days after removing it. But I stuck with it, and would never consider replacing it now.

Like others, it takes a couple of days to get accustom to it. Doubt I'll put it back unless I decide to sell. Definitely the cheapest mod out!
