Had a chance to drive the 2.7T this past weekend - that powerplant is truly amazing. Any word on whether they plan on shoehorning it into the A6 Avant? Family and all, you know.

Just drove the A6 2.7T and agree with all the superlatives BUT I like to keep my cars for a long time. What about the logevity of a twin turbo engine presumably subjected to more heat, pressure, wear and tear? Can anyone address this issue (if it is an issue--hopefully not, but still concerned)?
