Redneck Truck

I think I'm missing some of the hardware for my manual shifter linkage. Of the two rods that come through the boot in the interior, the lower of the two has a slotted hole for rotational and lateral adjustment, and it looks like there are some marks from some sort of clamp bolting over it. I didn't have any bolts, so I used some with threads that match, but it seems like this needs something else.

Would someone mind pulling the boot and the foam off their shifter and taking a picture of the hardware on the linkage? I would really appreciate it, as it will help me to figure out what it is I need to buy.

Looks like I need part# 893-711-237-B. Anybody have one laying around? Think i oughta just make one?
