Default A6 headlights

I have a '99 A6Q. The low beam headlight cutoffs seem to be set too low. I can barely see down the road at night. Anyone know how to adjust the lights or is a trip to the dealer needed?
TIA...Kent

I had the same problem, but you can fix yourself. There are two screws that are visible once you open the hood. One directs the up and down the other side to side. Be careful not to adjust too high or you will blind oncoming traffic. I adjusted upwards only a slight bit. I have the Xenons and love them now. I have not been flashed yet for adjusting upwards. Hope this helps.

Thanks for the tip. I should have said these are the Xenon low beams. Will give it a try. KentT
