Default About H&R wheel spacers..

I want to get them for my 03 4.2 sport. Does anyone know what size and kind of wheel bolts they are for the 17 in sport wheels? If anyone out there has them what size did you get and was it enuff or too much?

Default Spacers come in different thickness, the two

most common for the Audi users I read about are 5mm and 15mm. With the 5mm you just have to get longer lug bolts and they just go through normally. With the thicker I believe the spacer is bolted on first, then the wheel is bolted to the spacer.
If your going with the thinner ones then you just get bolts longer to match the spacer. 5mm spacer = 5mm longer bolts. I not sure I'm answering your question!?!

Default Spacer info..

Stock wheel bolts are 27mm 14x1.5Ball seat.
Spacers come in various thicknesses.. Simply add the thickness you use to the stock length, and purchase new lug bolts.

Feel free to email us if you have any questions.
We carry both spacers and new bolts.

Default Re: About H&R wheel spacers..

I use the MTM 15mm spacers with AVUS wheels for my winter tire/wheel setup. It look great and rides great, my car is lowered, so it really enhances the look with the spacers.

Default I just got H&R's new 350mm spacers and WOW what a huge increase in peformance!

Just kidding.

I have 5mm spacers on my ride and have had no issues at all. Very stable and responsive setup.

I am not sure how many folks have gone larger that 8mm here, but my guess is any more than that and you will have problems....

Make sure you get the correct length lugs with your new spacers.
