Default ABS/Brake Light/Check Engine Light

Alright Guys,
I live in Chicago and this past Saturday there was a crazy storm. Must of rained about 12" in 15 min lol...Anyways, long story short on the way home I have to drive through some DEEP water, I'm talking 12"-16" at some parts, maybe even more. The IDOT tow truck driver said I should had just opened my doors and "totaled" my Audi and collected the insurance check lol. Needless to say the Quattro made it through any and everything that night. But here are the lingering effects:
-ABS light is on
-Brake light is blinking (Car starts beeping as i accelerate; seems to beep 3 times as i past 5 mph)
-Check engine light is on
-Speedo does not work
-Fuel Gauge fluctuates

Here is what I know
-It's a 1998 Audi A6, Automatic
-The ABS module is brand new

Just wondering where to start. I want to check the sensors for water damage...
I'm assuming ABS sensors and/or Vehicle Speed Sensor. Where are these guys located? Searches didn't really help me to much as they were all over the place. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.
Much Love

You got some connector(s) wet. ABS sensors are meant to get wet and the module, mounted under the hood, can handle a pretty good soaking. Speed sensor should be fine with water. Wires and connectors relaying the info is the weak spot.

My guess is that your cowl drains are plugged or got overwhelmed with the heavy rain and let water infiltrate the interior. Give it some time to dry out or go through the wiring diagram in a Bentley manual to look for common connectors.

Have the car read with VAG-COM.
