Access to Len Hunt
Someone posted recently that they had the info on how to get Len Hunt's attention if needed. I'd like that bit of intelligence so I can let him know how frustrating I find dealing with his Customer Relations people. I've e-mailed. I've phoned. But, so far I have NEVER received one lousy bit of correspondence from Audi, and I've owned my car now for 16 months.
I'm not crying because I've never received a gushy letter welcoming me to the happy family. What I would really like to have, though, is a permanent Roadside Assistance card along with the brochure that explains the program and its fine print, if any.
This is getting ludicrous.
Thanks for any help I can glean here.
If you'd rather e-mail it to me, I'm at:

Re: Access to Len Hunt
I never did get access, but a combination of multiple calls and a certified letter to Mr. Hunt finally got AoA's attention. My problem was significantly more serious than yours, but it so happens that part of the resolution they offered were exactly the materials you requested.
When they finally paid attention, by the way, the result was satisfactory.
