Adaptive Cruise and Radar Detector

So, if the new Adaptive Cruise on the upcoming A6 is Radar Based, will is mess up my V1 radar detector?

Hum....good question...depends on the frequency of the cruise control transmitters

Most so far have been laser based Infiniti FX 45 sets off the V1 every time!

Ditto on the FX45 and GMC LED lights. Also, the new adaptive cruise control on the new volvos sets

off the K band on the V1. I've been trying to see if the newer V1's have some coding that prevents this, but have not been able to a concrete answer.
