Here are a couple of good comparison shots for you when I installed mine...
Here is the field of view before (standard mirrors)...
<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v739/hliu55/mirrorbefore.jpg">
...and here is the same field of view after installing the euro-blindspot mirror...
<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v739/hliu55/mirrorafter.jpg">
Note how it is slightly convex overall...like the right side, objects in the mirror are closer than they appear! Also, the outer 1/3 is more convex (there is a faint dotted line splitting the convex portion with the blind-spot portion).
Notice in the picture above how you can see the front of the maroon Lincoln to my lfet, but you can also see the tail-end of the same car? If the car were further back, I'd see more of it in the mirror. If it were slightly further up, it is clearly in my field of view. No more blindspot!
I really appreciate the blindspot mirrors when I am driving a car without them (like tonight coming home in the loaner A4).

Yes did it all in the garage, relatively straightforward job - trick was to find the spare wires
Wheel + Airbag is $1500~$1700 list price checking <a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/s4/msgs/1748388.phtml">these parts</a>.
I paid less than $900 for all the bits. Contact me if your intereseted.

YES!!!
For 4-spoke with multi-function and tiptronic, heated:
8Z0 419 091 BD with the following color codes:
73G (black)
85D (gray)
67X (blue)
86E (gray beige)
I think the last one "gray beige" is for the melange interior. worldimpex.com says the reatil on this sucker is nearly $1k (discounted to $860)...that is without the airbag! Yikes!
Personally, I am looking for this one:
<img src="http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v739/hliu55/steering%20wheel/multiwheel.jpg">
...but I've only seen one or two of these hit the 2ndary market, and neither one had functioning heat, which I really like this time of year! Air leather would match the RS6 shift **** nicely ))

I have a post from a while back, which I updated with the part number...
I was going to say..."check Stoney's Links" lol!!! The retail on this sucker is like $400, for the heated and autodimming version...ouch!
I found mine on eBay Germany, came with the passenger side mirror that is basically the same as what we have in the US, but it does not have the "objects in the mirror are closer than they appear" message. I've probably bought and resold 6 or 7 sets of these in the last couple of years, but my supplier has run out of those.
I have one left, but since they are so expensive to replace, I'm keeping it...just in case mine gets broken cracked...sorry...<ul><li><a href="https://forums.audiworld.com/a6/msgs/526708.phtml">Here is a post from when I installed them in my 2.7T...</a></li></ul>
