Hy Octane

Hi all. While awaiting my 2003 4.2 I am trying to find the best looking airdams, spoilers and an exhaust system thats not too loud to talk over but adds some sweet tone to the v8. Also, I see Stoneys article on replacing the grille with the s6 which looks great, but does anyone know if they will fit the 2003 model?

Such a small number of V8 are released for North America, and the nose is longer on models here, that the few parts made in Europe, don't fit here.

Call up Josh at Achtuning as he imports stuff.

not arguing about keeping or removing it, just wanted to know what your opinion was for keeping it.

turbos remove resonence. No turbos - you probably need a resonator

its tough picking out exhaust mods, without getting to hear any smapling from other's cars.

Like hearing a car with magnaflows and stock resonator, vs magan's with after market resonators, vs magnaflows with resonators removed.

Ofcourse a guy could go out and do trial and error by doing everything under the sun, only keeping what works best, but that gets cost prohibitve quickly.

Combos like that.

not really. Magnaflows are about $200 installed. $50 to take the resonator out
