So I was replacing my vaccume line and I broke the tip of this valve.

Does some know what is it actually called and what is the part number of this?
That tip is inside( not visible) where 3.2mm vacuume tube goes on it. That tip was broken and there was a hole so I could not insert vacuume tube.

I tried inserting vaccume tube by using a small joint but I am not sure if it works or not.

Now my car does not like to run smooth and idle and shift gears at higher RPM.

Error codes are
P1129
P1127
P1141

Which are related to MAF.

Should I clean MAF sensor or replace that valve?

To me that valve was working fine after inseting that joint into that hole and over that joint i put the tube on. Hehehe. yeah, problem occured after it was broken.

Found the part number from dealer. Part number is 078-133-619-B and price you dont wanna know. 284$.

It is called Drive unit, Choke Valve.
Does any one know what is the function of this? For the sake of knoweledge.

Just replied to your PM, but did not connect it with this post for some reason. I bet that sucker is huge money. Can you recover the tip and glue it? That thing adjusts the variable intake runners.

I started seeing problem after that tip was broken. I repaired it by inserting a joint in the place of broken tip and over the joint, i put the tube on.
then added the glue all over the place. But i am not happy with it. I will try to find one from junk yard though.
car is just running sluggish and making me disappoint.

I am gonna start detecting the leak but I wanted to know what is the role of above drive unit.
