I didn't think any US S6s had a heated steering wheel

My 2002 S6 is not...therefore, all S6 steering wheels are not heated.

Mine is a 2002 , and it does, but I am not the original owner, so not sure if it was done after

Default Mine does, I think it was part of the winter package, never a separate option. If you have rear
seat heaters, you should have it. They were problematic, some reports of catching on fire! Mine has always worked fine, it comes on with the drivers' seat heater. You all could have them and they just stopped working.

my 2002 4.2 does have it and heated seated but maybe part of cold weather package
