between these Allroad headlights and the Xenon headlight option on the 2004 A6?

I don't think they compare one-to-one because the '04 A6 has the larger Xenon projector.

Only the high beam is stronger-it is a 65w H9
vs a 55w H7.

If you're running a higher wattage bulb, did you have to swap out the harness or install a relay?

I questioned the Allroad mod, too. The gray interior lacks a certain definition so the front end can look a bit more plain.

When I look at my current sig pic, I like the definition that the OEM headlights lend to the front end; that's gone now.

What I do like, though, is the look from the front. All the newer Audis have this dual silver plate look; it's a bit more high-tech, I think.
