Another europeanplates.com bad experience
I needed a new euro size plate frame, so I shopped around. europeanplates.com had the lowest price. I read about a bunch of bad experiences and long wait times for plates from them, but I figured it's just a frame, they don't need to make it, just mail the damn thing. So I bought it. That was on February 6th. Since then, I haven't received a single email, nothing! Of course the PayPal payment was received without problems.
I emailed the guy (Tyler Edmondson) twice already, to no avail. In your experience, is the PayPal resolution center a good recourse? I'm going to file a claim if I don't hear from him today.
