Default No loaners? There's great customer service
VW is paying for loaners, some dealers seem to give more of a sh*t about customer satisfaction than others in this crisis.

Default Who cares? It's got a warranty...plus they are easy to fix...
not very expensive either when the car goes out of warranty...coil packs are one of my lesser concerns. The only big ones I'd really "worry" about are the transmission and your turbos.

All loaned out, lotsa coil packers I guess? They pay for Enterprise after all.

Default I got mine in 2 or 3 days...
they offered me a loaner (they'd drive one up to me)...but it wasn't worth the hassle...we just "toughed it out"...

I didn't know there was a big back-order...my dealer got mine from LA.
