My friend had some paintwork done recently and the finishing guy left compound all over the rubber parts and non-exposed metal.
Any ideas on an easy and effective way of removing it?

Flush with clean, running water and work the
area gently with your finger or a SOFT brush.
Dry. Any remaining compound will come off
with something like Griot's Speed Shine
or Mother's California Gold Showtime
instant detailer.
Richard Griot (of Griot's Garage) says
you can use peanut butter (smooth, of course)
for this, too.
