Any success stories of aftermarket cat installs?
I'm constantly getting the 16815 'Warm Up Catalyst: Bank 2: Efficiency Below Threshold' code. Rear O2 sensors are due for replacement, but I still think it's left cat (the right one was replaced 2 yrs ago), and with my 110k miles, I'm out of warranty. And the ECU flash recall apparently doesn't apply to my VIN.

I replaced the left side cat on one of the 2.8's with an aftermarket unit.
This was a bolt in solution, no welding needed. $350 from CT Cat.
It's a little louder than the factory cat when the car is cold, but fine at temp, and no more rattle or cel. My original cat lasted 180k.
